When we think we are doing our good deed, when say we are being generous or giving, are we really just taking out our trash?

The Psalmist speaks of tumult, raging seas, waves, and surging tides. These are images of struggle and trial. However, he also speaks of unfailing love, singing, and praying. In fact they are written right next to each other.
God isn’t selective in who He calls. Are we?
My primary purpose as a follower of Christ is prayer. There is nothing more important that I, or any of us, can do.
The most important question we can ask ourselves is who we say Jesus is. So, who is He? Who do you say He is?
