Our world, our universe is a work of art. It is the greatest work of art. Those that have chosen to study this work of art have a noble and a high calling. Their research and their findings are worth learning because they teach us of the mastery and the methods of the Artist.
Only fools say in their hearts, “There is no God.” (Psalm 14:1)
Have you ever had one of those moments? Have you ever been walking down the street when something… opens up a profound spiritual truth to you? It can happen. Anytime. Anywhere.
The idea of a clean slate was a good one. What happened? I loved the concept of a new beginning. Has it already been marred? I’m not even halfway through day two of this new year and already I’ve messed up. I failed. Now I’m stuck sitting here wondering why I even bother.
No power in the sky above or in the earth below—indeed, nothing in all creation will ever be able to separate us from the love of God that is revealed in Christ Jesus our Lord.
Am I standing with Adam (literally, “man”) or will I stand for Christ? Will I be caught by His grace or dragged along by the sin of the world?
