Jesus showed how our intake spiritually through praying alone needs to outflow as we go and preach and share messages from God.
Praise the Lord under every circumstance, for he has provided you with your food and your needs, and for he has hidden you from the harmful thoughts of men.
God has a way of humbling me that I can’t escape.

e often like to share how Jesus being fully human means He knows and can empathize with our deepest struggles. We often say this when talking about a major sickness or spiritual temptation, but to me, it also means Jesus knows our small daily struggles that make up the stuff of life.
God’s atonement, the work of the cross, is for everybody. God is not willing that any should perish but that everyone should come to repentance… We have agency. We have choice. How will we respond to the gospel?
Only when we understand the holiness of God, will we understand the depth of our sin.
Scripture is authoritative. It is our standard for faith and conduct. It is unjust to use it as a weapon to abuse others, but neither can it be rationalized, downplayed, or marginalized. It is what it is. Our job is to surrender.
The responsibility for maintaining and upholding the covenant was God’s and His alone. Even still, He calls us to walk it out. Are we doing so?
